Quality management policy


Eurocar is a company that provides services for the correction of outerbody incidents. It also addresses specific needs of our clients, being able to absorb additional workload carried according their quality acceptance criteria. In our role we join pre existing workgroups.

We were born and raised in the automotive industry, so we refer to its standards. As service providers we understand that customer orientation is a key issue to address in our operation and management.

We are willing participants in the moments before the product release to the market, key moments for our customers to comply with their responsibilities at national and international level. We focus our activities to protect the integrity of the product throughout the operation till it arrives to its final destination, correcting any deviation detected. For units transported to other markets, we assist in placing wrap guards or other measures to ensure that product is not altered or damaged in it transport.

In our day to day operation we align our management system and comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. We are committed to our customers and their needs, constantly improving our results, methods and management, as well as with the deployment and application of this quality management policy.

Our quality management system is oriented "advice and specialized services in interior equipment flaws / failure detection and repair, exterior outerbody defects detection and repair, protection for transportation to national and international destinations. Planning, execution and advice in operative massive of repair of incidents of auto body" which gives unmistakable signs to the market regarding our focus on the operation, as well as our customer orientation.

Our focus on the future will be on pre-delivery activities, continuing on our growth both in number of customers, and our ability to generate value.
